AI legal document analysis · UK · US · Australia · Canada
Know what you’re signing.
A five-year lease can commit you to six figures. A services agreement can sign away your IP. Legal Case Analyst reads the document, applies the law of your jurisdiction, and shows you every risk — with real, verifiable citations — before you sign.
Decision support for the documents that never get a professional review. Not a law firm; not legal advice.

Your options today aren’t good
Option 1
Sign it unread
Free — until the ratchet clause, the uncapped indemnity, or the missing break right costs you real money.
Option 2
Paste it into a chatbot
Generic advice with no jurisdiction depth — and citations that may simply not exist. Courts have sanctioned lawyers for exactly this.
Option 3
Instruct a lawyer
The right answer for high-stakes matters. The cost has to be justified document by document, and most never get that treatment.
Legal Case Analyst is the missing middle
Jurisdiction-aware analysis with checkable citations, priced per document — and an honest handoff to a licensed lawyer when your document genuinely needs one.
What every report contains
Severity-ranked issues, tied to clauses
Every finding cites the exact clause, rates severity and confidence, and explains the risk in plain language.
Verified legal authorities
Citations come from a human-curated bank checked against primary sources (legislation.gov.uk, CourtListener, Find Case Law). Anything outside the bank is flagged VERIFY — never silently trusted.
Deadlines and key dates
Notice periods, break clauses, renewal windows and response deadlines — pulled out of the document and flagged, so none of them slips past you.
Balance-of-power analysis
Who the document favours, clause by clause — so you know what to push back on first.
Preliminary advice — decision support, not legal advice
Prioritised advice on the points found, with suggested wording where there is any. It is generated automatically and no solicitor reviews it before it reaches you, so every report opens by telling you to take it to a qualified practitioner before you act.
Word & PDF reports
A structured report you can send to your counterparty, your accountant, or your lawyer — emailed to you as Word and PDF the moment it is ready. Keep the email: we do not retain a copy.
Long documents handled
Full judgments and lengthy agreements (up to 120,000 words) are analysed in parts and consolidated — nothing truncated; length beyond your included 20,000 words is simply priced by the meter.
How it works
Upload
PDF, Word or text. Document type and jurisdiction are auto-detected — in our validation, 20/20 correct, including a Scottish lease deliberately salted with English boilerplate.
Analyse
The engine applies your jurisdiction's statutes and case law — federal and state layers composed automatically. Long documents are processed in parts and consolidated.
Act
Read the flagged clauses side by side with the findings, download the Word/PDF report, and take it into your negotiation — or to a lawyer for what needs one.
Jurisdiction coverage that goes to state level
Most legal AI stops at “US law” or “UK law.” Contracts don’t work that way: a rent-review clause that’s standard in England is void in Victoria; Quebec is civil law; Scotland isn’t England. Each jurisdiction here carries its own statute and case-law layer.
Built for
Commercial tenants & small landlords
Lease checks before signing: break clauses, repair traps, service-charge caps, security of tenure, state retail-lease compliance.
Freelancers, agencies & SMEs
MSAs, NDAs and services agreements: liability caps, IP grabs, termination traps, payment terms.
Franchisees & cross-border traders
One tool that knows the law on both sides of UK–US–AU–CA deals.
Law students
Structured case briefs from full judgments — holdings, ratio, paragraph pinpoints — and statute summaries.

Questions, answered honestly
Is this legal advice?
No. Legal Case Analyst produces preliminary, automated decision-support analysis. Reports do contain preliminary advice on the points found — but it is generated by software, and no solicitor or other qualified professional reviews it before it reaches you. It does not create a solicitor/attorney–client relationship, it is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel, and it should not be relied on without taking advice. Every report says so on its face and tells you to take it to a practitioner before acting.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
Two ways. First, jurisdiction depth: our analysis applies the specific statutes and case law of your selected jurisdiction — down to state level (a Victorian ratchet clause is void; a Scottish lease is irritated, not forfeited). Second, citation integrity: authorities come from a curated bank and are copied verbatim; anything from outside it is visibly flagged for verification. General chatbots are notorious for inventing citations. We do not ask you to take ours on trust: the bank's statutory citations are checked against the official text where a machine-readable source exists, and the US case citations against the official reporters, while anything the model supplies from its own knowledge is flagged VERIFY so you know exactly what to check before relying on it.
What documents can I upload?
NDAs, commercial leases, property purchase and conveyancing documents, services agreements, corporate and M&A documents, loan and security documents, consumer terms and policies, IP assignments and licences, employment agreements and other commercial contracts, plus court judgments and live litigation filings, legislation, immigration documents, family law documents, wills and probate papers, and general legal documents — as PDF, Word or text. Document type and jurisdiction are auto-detected (you can override).
What does it cost?
Standard pricing will be £24 / $32 per report. Founding pricing is metered by length, per document — one payment analyses exactly one document. £12 (or $16) covers that document's first 20,000 words, then 50p (65¢) per additional 1,000 words — the exact price appears before you pay. Standard rates at launch are double.
What about my confidential document?
Your uploaded file is deleted after analysis and never used for training. Your report appears on screen, downloads as Word or PDF, and is emailed to you as attachments. After that we retain nothing — so keep the email, because we cannot produce the report again.
What if the analysis fails?
You are never charged for a failed analysis — if the engine cannot complete your report, the order is refunded automatically in full. Once a report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable (your statutory rights for defective digital content are unaffected).
The next document you sign deserves twelve pounds of scrutiny.
