Is this legal advice?
No. Legal Case Analyst produces preliminary, automated decision-support analysis. It does not create a solicitor/attorney–client relationship and is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel. Every report says so, and every report can route you to a licensed practitioner for matters that need one.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
Two ways. First, jurisdiction depth: our analysis applies the specific statutes and case law of your selected jurisdiction — down to state level (a Victorian ratchet clause is void; a Scottish lease is irritated, not forfeited). Second, citation integrity: authorities come from a verified bank and are copied verbatim; anything from outside it is visibly flagged for verification. General chatbots are notorious for inventing citations — our validation testing recorded zero fabricated citations.
What documents can I upload?
NDAs, commercial leases, property purchase and conveyancing documents, services agreements, corporate and M&A documents, IP assignments and licences, employment agreements and other commercial contracts, plus court judgments and live litigation filings, legislation, immigration documents, family law documents, wills and probate papers, and general legal documents — as PDF, Word or text.
